Are you a kind and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a new role? Prospero Teaching are currently working with a large primary school in Bolton, to recruit for SEN teaching assistants to start ASAP.
The Role:
- Supporting within the classroom, assisting the teacher and preparing learning resources
- Supporting pupils 1:1, building strong relationships
- Maintaining regular communication with teachers and external agencies to monitor progress
Experience, Training & Qualifications:
- Up to date safeguarding training within the last year (desired but training can be provided)
- Previous experience supporting SEN within a school or care setting
- Moving and Handling training is highly desired
To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
