As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students across Key Stages 3 and 4 in the classroom
- Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
- Provide 1:1 and small group academic support
- Support students with varying learning needs and abilities
- Help maintain a positive and focused learning environment
- Gain valuable experience in behaviour management and lesson delivery
What We're Looking For:
- A degree (2:1 or above preferred, all subjects considered)
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, patient, and positive attitude
- Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
To be eligible you must:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the update service OR be willing to apply for a new one
- Provide two professional child-related references
