We are recruiting compassionate, resilient, and proactive individuals to work across a range of SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) schools and Alternative Provisions throughout Birmingham.
You'll support children and young people with complex social, emotional, behavioural, and mental health needs, helping them engage with learning and achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students who may display challenging behaviour.
- Supporting emotional regulation and promoting positive behaviour strategies.
- Working alongside teachers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalised support.
- Helping create a safe, structured, and nurturing learning environment.
