Role Overview
As School Business Manager, you will work closely with the Headteacher and governors, leading and managing key areas of the school's operations, including:
- Financial planning, monitoring, and budget management.
- HR and personnel administration.
- Premises and facilities management.
- Health & Safety compliance.
- Procurement and contract negotiation.
- Strategic planning and support for school improvement.
You will play a vital role in shaping the long-term vision of the school, ensuring resources are used effectively to benefit all pupils.
Candidate Requirements
