Prospero Teaching is seeking dedicated and experienced Online Tutors with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to deliver high-quality 1:1 tuition sessions remotely. We are looking for tutors across a range of subjects, including English, Maths and Science at GCSE level.
This role is ideal for a qualified teacher who is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning, build confidence and achieve their academic potential. As an Online Tutor, you will provide tailored one-to-one support to students, helping to close learning gaps, raise attainment and prepare them for examinations. You will deliver engaging and effective online lessons that meet the individual needs of each learner.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
- A minimum of 1 year's UK teaching experience
- Experience delivering engaging online learning sessions
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A firm but supportive approach to student engagement
- Recent safeguarding training, or willingness to complete Prospero's safeguarding training
Eligibility Criteria
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
- Provide two professional references relating to work with children or young people
