Prospero Teaching are working with an outstanding therapeutic SEMH setting in Enfield. The school has approximately 80 students on roll, all having EHCPS and having experienced some form of life trauma. This fantastic setting allows students to continue with their learning and education with the support they need to obtain.
The role would be working as a KS3 or KS4 teacher with 6 pupils per class. Students are on average 2-3 years behind national expectations, so a teacher who is flexible and can adapt lessons would be required. Someone with a mainstream background looking to work in an AP setting would be ideal. Previous experience of working with Social, Emotional, Mental Health would be essential. QTS would be essential for this role.
MPS and UPS including SEND allowance is on offer. The teacher must be able to work 5 days per week full time. Working hours are 08:20-16:00 daily, with Friday being a slightly earlier finish at 15:00.
