Prospero Teaching is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist school in Wakefield.

You will support students 1:1 and in small groups, implementing behaviour plans and promoting a calm, positive learning environment.

This full-time, long-term role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–3:30pm, with a daily rate of Β£90–£110 depending on experience.

Start ASAP, with collaboration with teachers, SENCo, and external professionals to support pupils' development.
