Behavioural Specialist Tutor (Maths & English)
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Specialist Tutor to deliver tailored 1:1 tuition to young people in Havering who face behavioural challenges and may be out of mainstream education. This role involves creating and delivering bespoke lessons in Maths and English to support learners in bridging gaps in their knowledge while fostering positive engagement and improved confidence.
This is an ideal position for someone with a teaching qualification who is passionate about making a real difference through personalised learning approaches. Experience or training in team teaching and behaviour management would be highly beneficial to support working with pupils who require additional structure and support.
You will play a crucial role in re-engaging pupils, helping them build confidence, and encouraging a positive attitude towards learning. We will provide ongoing support and work closely with you to track progress and ensure effective learning outcomes.
