The Opportunity
Prospero are on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced 1:1 Tutors to inspire and support students from KS1 to KS4 across both core and wider national curriculum subjects. As a 1:1 Tutor, you'll deliver engaging, personalised sessions that ignite students' confidence, close knowledge gaps, and empower them to reach their full potential, with a focus on individual needs.
Due to the nature of the role of a 1:1 Tutor, applicants must have a background and strong understanding of SEN. If you're a dedicated educator who thrives on shaping young minds and unlocking their potential, we want to hear from you!

- Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on availability
- Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate of £25 per hour
- Hours - Working hours can differentiate, minimum 1 hour per session and a maximum of 3 hours per session
Experience, Training and Qualifications
- QTS or equivalent
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)
- UK classroom teaching experience
- Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Hold the right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child-related references.
