We are looking for a patient, creative tutor to work with a student who has ASD and is currently struggling to stay focused on learning due to a lack of interest. Your role will be to design learning activities built around the student's interests to help them re-engage and enjoy education again.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating tailored, interest-based sessions to spark motivation.
  • Supporting progress in Maths and English at primary level.
  • Providing a calm, structured environment that encourages focus and confidence.

Ideal qualities / Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a UK school (mandatory).
  • Experience supporting students with SEN needs (desirable).
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
  • Patient, empathetic, and able to make lessons engaging.
