We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Geography and History to join our successful and supportive secondary school in Basildon.
About the Role
- Teaching Geography and History across Key Stages 3 and 4 (GCSE experience desirable)
- Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
- Assessing, monitoring and supporting student progress

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
- Have strong subject knowledge in Geography and/or History
- Be an effective classroom practitioner with good behaviour management skills
- Be enthusiastic, organised and committed to high standards
- Be ready to start as soon as possible
