SEND Specialist Tutor - SEMH & Complex Needs Alnwick, Northumberland - 15 hours per week Prospero Teaching is working with local SEND teams and schools in Alnwick to recruit a dedicated Specialist Tutor to support a Year 11 student with complex SEN and SEMH needs. The role will involve providing 1:1 tuition for 15 hours per week, ideally during school hours. The main focus will be on rebuilding engagement with education, developing trust and confidence, supporting emotional wellbeing, and preparing the student for their next steps. We are looking for someone who is patient, adaptable and experienced in supporting young people with SEND, SEMH or complex needs. Experience in a school, tutoring, alternative provision or pastoral setting would be beneficial.
