Prospero Teaching is looking for a friendly and dependable Teaching Assistant to support pupils in schools in the Farnborough area. This long-term role involves assisting teachers during lessons, helping pupils stay focused and confident, and providing additional support where it's needed most.
You will play an important role in the classroom by supporting learning activities, working with small groups, and offering 1:1 assistance to pupils who benefit from extra guidance. The Role:- Support teachers during lessons across a range of subjects
- Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups where required
- Help students remain engaged, organised, and confident in lessons
- Assist with classroom routines, learning activities, and resources
- Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and participation
- Support pupils with transitions and daily structure
- Contribute to a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Experience working with children or young people
- Positive, patient, and confident in a classroom setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Reliable and enthusiastic about supporting learning
- Graduates in psychology, education, or child-related subjects encouraged
