Overview
Prospero Teaching are working with a school based in Woolton for an admin/receptionist temporary to permanent position starting at the end of September.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors
- Managing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Supporting the leadership team with day-to-day administration
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with pupil admissions, attendance, and safeguarding records
- Preparing reports, letters, and documentation as required
- General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the school office
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role (school admin experience desirable but not essential)
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, databases, SIMS experience advantageous)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
