About the School: We are working with a specialist SEND provision in Rochdale that runs vibrant, action-packed holiday clubs for young people aged 4-18 with a wide range of special educational needs and disabilities. Role and Responsibilities:
- Planning and leading fun, inclusive activities for young people aged 4-18 with SEND
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming environment for every young person
- Supporting individual needs and adapting activities to suit a range of abilities
- Supervising young people throughout the session, ensuring their safety at all times
- Setting up and clearing away equipment at the start and end of each session
- Working as part of a close-knit, enthusiastic team
- Building positive relationships with young people, families, and colleagues
- Supporting with personal care and daily living tasks where required
