RESPONSIBILITIES Individual Support: Work closely with one student to provide personalised attention and help them understand and complete their assignments. Adapt Learning Materials: Modify learning resources to fit the student's individual needs and learning style. Progress Monitoring: Track the student's progress, set goals, and report back to teachers and parents on achievements and areas needing improvement. Behaviour Management: Assist in maintaining positive behaviour and implementing behaviour management plans. Encouragement and Motivation: Keep the student motivated and build their confidence through positive reinforcement and encouragement. Assisting with Daily Activities: Help with day-to-day classroom activities, including facilitating their participation in group work.
