Prospero Teaching are working with an alternative provision in Redbridge looking to appoint a behaviour mentor for September. The school is based in Fairlop, a short walk from the station, and has around 100 students, some with Social Emotional Mental Health challenges and challenging behaviours.
The role is 1:1 behaviour support, full-time, with hours 08:20-15:45 and excellent pay rates. There are opportunities to progress to a contract or as a behaviour lead, with strong de-escalation skills
