Are you a passionate and dedicated tutor with a flair for helping students achieve their full academic potential? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Face-to-Face Tutor to join our growing network in Grays, Essex. This role is perfect for qualified teachers, experienced tutors, university students, or subject specialists looking to make a meaningful impact through one-to-one teaching.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Location - Grays
  • Position - one to one tutor
  • Type of work - Contract
  • Start date - ASAP
  • Duration / Likely Duration - dependent on each student
  • End date (if applicable) - N/A
  • Contract type - Temporary
  • Full time/part time - Part time and full time depending on availability
  • Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate £25 per hour
  • Hours - Working hours can differentiate, minimum 1 hour per session and a maximum of 3 hours per session

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS or equivalent
  • 6 months+ experience working in a UK school
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
