About the Role:
As a Mental Health Residential Support Worker, you will support children and young people living in residential care who may be experiencing trauma, emotional distress, or mental health challenges. Working within a minimum 2:1 staffing ratio, you will help create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where young people can grow and recover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people
- Supporting emotional regulation and mental wellbeing
