Behaviour Support Worker Newcastle and Gateshead | £17-£20 per Hour We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Behaviour Support Worker to support young people with behavioural, emotional and additional learning needs. This role focuses on promoting positive behaviours, emotional wellbeing and long-term positive outcomes. Main Duties Supporting positive behaviour strategies. Encouraging engagement in education and activities. Helping young people develop emotional resilience. Supporting social skill development. Reducing barriers to participation and independence. Monitoring and recording progress. Encouraging positive decision-making.
