Are you passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team and start immediately! We require at least 6 months of UK experience as a Support Worker or a similar role, and we are particularly looking for staff to cover weekend shifts.

About the role:
As a Children & Young People's Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting young people within residential settings and the community. Working with at least 2:1 staffing ratio, you'll be ensuring safety, stability, and quality care always.
You’ll be:
- Building positive, trusting relationships with young people.
- Supporting daily routines (from school runs and appointments to bedtimes and activities).
- Encouraging independence and personal development.
- Keeping accurate daily records (emotions, routines, activities, food diaries, and more).
- Helping manage money responsibly and keeping receipts.
- Identifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns.
- Supporting with personal care and household tasks when needed.
- Handling behaviour that challenges with patience, resilience, and confidence.
What we’re looking for:
- A caring, professional, and non-judgemental attitude
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Emotional resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Good attention to detail when writing notes and reports
- Experience in social care or similar roles (advantageous but not essential)
- Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (preferred)
- A valid DBS (we can help you apply)
- A driver’s licence is a bonus as locations vary
