Working with at least 2:1 staffing ratio, you\βll be ensuring safety, stability, and quality care always. You\βll be: Building positive, trusting relationships with young people. Supporting daily routines (from school runs and appointments to bedtimes and activities). Encouraging independence and personal development. Keeping accurate daily records (emotions, routines, activities, food diaries, and more). Helping manage money responsibly and keeping receipts. Identifying and reporting any safeguarding concerns. Supporting with personal care and household tasks when needed. Handling behaviour that challenges with patience, resilience, and confidence.
