Lettings Co-Ordinator who will play a vital role in ensuring the school's facilities are safe, secure and ready to welcome community groups, sports clubs and event users outside of school hours.

You'll be the go-to person on-site, helping to coordinate lettings, supporting events, maintaining security and delivering a professional experience for all visitors.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting out-of-hours lettings and school events.
- Opening, closing and securing the premises as a designated key holder.
- Acting as the first point of contact for hirers and visitors.
- Maintaining a safe, secure and welcoming environment across the site.
- Carrying out health & safety checks and reporting any issues.
- Setting up rooms and facilities, including moving equipment and furniture.
