Trauma-Informed Mentor Support Young People Through Positive Relationships and Consistent Guidance We're looking for a Trauma-Informed Mentor to support children and young people across the BCP area through personalised 1:1 mentoring. Working on behalf of Local Authorities , you'll support learners who require alternative educational provision and would benefit from a trusted adult helping them develop confidence, resilience, emotional regulation, and engagement. Many of the young people we support have experienced barriers to education and thrive when provided with consistent, relationship-led support. This role is focused on mentoring rather than academic tutoring, making it ideal for professionals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable young people and helping them achieve positive outcomes.
