The Role
- Managing staff files, records, and compliance documentation
- Supporting recruitment processes, including advertising roles and arranging interviews
- Processing DBS checks and maintaining safeguarding compliance
- Assisting with onboarding and induction of new staff
- Providing general HR and administrative support to the senior leadership team
- Helping maintain accurate HR systems and data
