This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their full potential in a safe and nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with complex SEND needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible learning activities. Support pupils with communication, social, emotional, and behavioural development. Help implement individual education plans (EHCP targets) and behaviour support strategies. Assist with personal care where required. Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence throughout the school day.
