Prospero Teaching are looking for an enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join an excellent school in Batley. Although experience working with SEMH Needs in a school is preferred, Any professional or personal experience supporting SEMH is what actually matters in this role as being able to care and nurture a child with these specific needs is what makes the difference in this role. This role is paid on a daily rate of at least GBP85 but depending on experience and training can go upwards of GBP100 or even higher. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD: Have experience working with children that have SEMH Needs on a 1:1 or group basis Training or experience in Team Teach, PECS or Makaton Strong interpersonal skils Take initiative Committed to work 5 days a week DETAILS Location Batley Hours 08:30 3:30 The minimum rate of pay Minimum rate GBP 85 per day.
