LSA – Blackpool: Prospero Teaching are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to support KS2 pupils at a lovely school near to Blackpool. You will be required to support pupils with additional needs 1-1. The Role: Preparing learning resources and activities Liaising with SENDCO and other members of staff regarding pupils progress Building rapport with staff, students and parents Position Details: Location: Blackpool Position: Learning Support Assistant Hours: 9am-4pm Type of Work: Temporary Full time/Part time: Full time only Minimum Rate of Pay: £90 per day, depending on experience Start date: Jan 2025 End date: Ongoing Experience, Training & Qualifications: Previous experience supporting children in a educational setting Up to date Safeguarding training within the last year (desirable but training can be provided) Good knowledge of the general curriculum for KS2 TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover the last two years
