The Role
Deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student progress.
Assess, monitor, and support pupil attainment and development.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
Work collaboratively with school staff to ensure positive outcomes for students.
Follow all safeguarding and school policies.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching.
- Has excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Is adaptable, reliable, and confident working in different school environments.
- Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
