SEND Teacher Opportunities
Location: Bristol
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Flexible Supply
Pay Rate: £130 - £180 per day (depending on experience and role)
Start Date: Immediate starts available

Your Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the individual needs of pupils with SEND
- Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive
- Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and communication development
- Adapt teaching strategies and resources to promote accessibility and participation
- Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals
- Maintain high expectations while supporting pupils to achieve their personal goals
- Follow safeguarding, behaviour, and SEND policies at all times
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Essential
- UK classroom teaching experience - Mandatory
- Experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
- Understanding of EHCPs and differentiated teaching approaches
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- A patient, flexible, and child-centred approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
