The Role:

Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) on a 1:1 and small-group basis.

Assisting the class teacher with delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.

Supporting pupils with their learning, development and communication.

Helping to manage behaviour and promote positive interactions.

Creating a safe, supportive and nurturing learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN is desirable.

A patient, caring and understanding approach.

Confident supporting pupils with additional learning and behavioural needs.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A genuine passion for making a difference in children's lives.
