Flexible Tutoring Opportunities Across West Sussex
We're looking for PGCE-qualified Tutors to support children and young people across West Sussex through personalised 1:1 tuition.
Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll provide tailored educational support to learners who require alternative provision.
Students may range from primary age through to post-16 and often benefit from a personalised approach that helps build confidence, strengthen academic skills, and improve engagement with learning.

Requirements
- PGCE qualification
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an educational setting
- Experience in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, learning support, teaching assistance, or similar educational roles
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons
- Experience supporting learners with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Patient, adaptable, and xgikmsk professional approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
- Driver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel locally within West Sussex
