This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher with a passion for mathematics and inclusive education to lead and develop the Maths curriculum across the school, ensuring every pupil can achieve their full potential.
The Role
As Maths Curriculum Lead, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of an engaging and accessible Maths curriculum.
Drive high standards of teaching, learning and achievement across the department.
Support and mentor teaching staff to improve outcomes for pupils with SEND.
Monitor progress, analyse data and implement effective interventions.
Work collaboratively with senior leaders to develop curriculum strategy and school improvement initiatives.
Promote innovative teaching approaches that support diverse learning needs.
We Are Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Mathematics
Experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
Strong curriculum knowledge and leadership potential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A commitment to creating positive outcomes for young people with additional needs
