SEND Teaching Assistant - Aylesbury - Primary
Location: Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire
Pay: £100 per day
Role: SEND Teaching Assistant
Do you have experience helping children with autism or additional learning needs? I'm looking for a patient, reliable Teaching Assistant for a primary SEND opportunity in Aylesbury.
You'll support pupils with communication, learning and emotional regulation, helping them take part in lessons and develop their independence. Some pupils also need support with mobility and personal care, so you must be comfortable with this where required.
The role:

Supporting pupils individually and in small groups.

Using clear communication and consistent routines.

Helping children regulate their emotions and engage with learning.

Working alongside teachers and support staff across different classes.
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, nursery practitioner or children's support worker would be relevant. A calm approach and willingness to understand each child's needs are essential.
£100 per day, based in Aylesbury.
