Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with venue stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and alignment.
- Act as the main point of contact for venue event enquiries, coordinating responses, site visits, and solutions.
- Manage incoming briefs, gaining a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Develop creative and commercially sound proposals aligned with venue capabilities and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver engaging event solutions.
- Ensure all financial elements, including quoting and invoicing, meet targets.
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services across the wider business.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all client communications and proposals.
- Monitor event outputs to ensure high standards of delivery.
- Share market insights gathered through venue relationships to support business development.
- Support delivery teams with venue-specific operational knowledge (e.g. access, restrictions, capabilities).
- Ensure all technical, creative, and logistical requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience working with event equipment and/or live events.
- Background in a fast-paced administrative or account management role.
- Good financial awareness, including budgeting and working to targets.
- Understanding of how different business functions (e.g. operations, transport, finance) interact.
