Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Warehouse & Production Co-ordinator to oversee the smooth running of our warehouse operations and support the planning and delivery of live events. The role combines hands-on warehouse management with production coordination responsibilities, offering a varied and rewarding position at the heart of our business.

You’ll manage equipment logistics, ensure the efficient flow of kit in and out of the warehouse, and play an active role in preparing, planning, and delivering some of London’s most prestigious private and corporate events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including stock control, goods in/out, and logistics planning.
  • Manage equipment preparation, testing, packing, and return for each event, ensuring all items are maintained and event-ready.
  • Use asset management systems to track and record inventory accurately.
  • Liaise closely with Project Managers and Technicians to ensure all production requirements are fulfilled on time.
  • Support the Production team with planning documentation including kit lists, timelines, and delivery schedules.
  • Assist with event logistics, including vehicle loading, deliveries, and on-site set-up and de-rig when required.
  • Maintain and enforce health and safety, manual handling, and warehouse organisation standards.
  • Lead and schedule warehouse staff and freelance crew, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of warehouse processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce loss.
  • Participate in live event delivery, gaining experience in technical production and supporting crew on-site.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Full clean driving licence.

  • Experience handling AV, lighting, or staging equipment.
  • PAT testing or technical maintenance skills.
  • Experience managing vehicle fleets or logistics planning.
  • Knowledge of event venue operations and site delivery requirements.
