The RoleAs Technical Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, quoting, managing, and delivering live event projects on time and within budget. You'll act as the key link between clients, production, operations, and technical teams, ensuring every event runs smoothly from initial planning through to on-site delivery. Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ManagementDevelop technical solutions and quotations for live events. Coordinate with production, operations, warehouse, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project budgets and ensure profitability targets are achieved. Act as the main point of contact for project changes and additional requirements. Event DeliveryBrief technical crews and freelance technicians. Strong knowledge of event technology, including audio, video and lighting. Experience delivering conferences, corporate events, exhibitions, private events, or similar projects. Excellent project management and organisational skills. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
