Lead the design and technical delivery of AV systems from initial client discussions to project handover. Manage all project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders.
Produce high-quality technical documentation, including cable schedules, schematics, rack layouts, and projection studies, using AutoCAD. Conduct site surveys to understand project scope and limitations before installation, including taking measurements and coordinating with site teams.
Lead internal project meetings, working with project managers, procurement teams, and colleagues to track project status and resolve ongoing issues. Ensure smooth project handover, ensuring clients are satisfied with the installed systems. Stay informed about AV industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in AV, construction, or technical project delivery.
- Experience across multiple markets, such as experiential, virtual production, sports, broadcast, and corporate.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project goals, risks, and how to deliver on them or mitigate them.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD), Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Solid knowledge of construction management, with experience collaborating with contractors and architects.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with 3D design and Revit/BIM software.
