About Us

We’re a fast-growing event production company specialising in delivering unforgettable corporate experiences. From high-end conferences to spectacular brand activations, we supply and manage the AV equipment and logistics that make events happen. Our warehouse is the heartbeat of what we do — and we’re looking for someone to help keep it running smoothly, ensuring our gear is prepped, loaded, and ready to shine on show day.

The Role

As our Warehouse Technician you’ll play a key part in the end-to-end process of delivering events — from preparing equipment to supporting our production teams on-site. You’ll be hands-on, organised, and ready to roll up your sleeves when things get busy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and load equipment for events
  • Unload, de-prep, and check equipment on return from events
  • Use our software to track stock in and out
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and running efficiently
  • PAT test and inspect equipment (training provided)
  • Receive deliveries and check their contents and condition
  • Act as a responsible keyholder – opening and closing the premises
  • Assist with deliveries and collections as needed

About You

You’re practical, proactive, and ready to be part of a team that lives for the buzz of live events.

What we’re looking for

  • Common sense and the ability to make logical decisions under pressure
  • A team player who can also work independently and follow instructions
  • Previous experience with rental software (bonus, not essential)
  • Calm under pressure – the show must go on!
  • Over 25 with a full, clean driving licence (for insurance purposes)
  • An interest or background in events, AV, or production would be a huge plus

Why Join Us?

We’re not your typical 9–5. Our calendar has busy peaks and quieter spells (you’ll enjoy a well-earned breather in the summer). We value hard work, honesty, and a great attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company in a booming industry and grow with us long term.
