About the Role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients. This role plays a key part in building strong, long-term client relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of projects and services. Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Design, Scenic, Technical, Projects, Operations, and Finance, you will help deliver seamless client experiences. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of events and projects
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Collaborating with the Sales team to support wider business development initiatives
- Managing client communications, addressing concerns, and resolving issues effectively
- Completing RFPs and delivering sales presentations where required
- Conducting client meetings and site visits as appropriate
- Tracking, forecasting, and reporting on key account metrics
- Providing regular updates to the Commercial Directors on account performance and targets
- Delivering professional after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Achieving specific projects and revenue targets set by senior management
