What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and mentor the engineering team, maintaining high standards across all project phases
  • Take ownership of complex fault-finding, programming, and system commissioning
  • Oversee snagging, system testing, and client handovers
  • Liaise with on-site trades, identify challenges early, and ensure smooth project execution
  • Conduct physical site surveys and service visits
  • Occasionally support on installation work and showroom product testing
  • Collaborate with the Technical Director on system design (optional)
  • Be available during occasional out-of-hours emergencies - flexibility goes both ways
