Lead AV & Events Engineer – Global Asset Management Firm Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Rotational shifts between 7am-7pm, Mon-Fri) About the Role This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a high-tech, client-facing environment with access to cutting-edge facilities and global collaboration technologies. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end event delivery, including planning, setup, live operation, and debriefs for internal and external events. Serve as primary point of contact during live events for all stakeholders, ensuring smooth delivery and prompt issue resolution. Operate and support AV systems including: Vision mixing Live streaming platforms Digital audio consoles Recording solutions Unified communications platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Zoom) Collaborate with internal production teams, event coordinators, and senior leadership to align technical delivery with business goals. Provide Level 2/3 AV support, diagnosing and resolving complex AV faults and escalating as needed. Maintain and troubleshoot large-scale AV systems, including video signal processing, audio DSPs, and TCP/IP-based technologies. Ensure all AV spaces and systems are event-ready, producing daily equipment readiness reports. Capture and report on post-event analytics and KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation. Act as a trusted advisor to the business, offering strategic insight into how AV and event technology can enhance engagement and communication. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering high-profile events in a corporate or enterprise environment. Advanced technical knowledge across a broad range of AV disciplines, including signal flow, live streaming, and unified communications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-focused mindset. Ability to lead and collaborate in a fast-paced, live event environment.
