About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our clients team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. Based primarily from their Farnborough office, with flexibility to work remotely as part of a hybrid working model, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of resources and support services across multiple client locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service to both clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating resource allocation across multiple client sites
- Scheduling internal staff, freelancers, and agency personnel
- Managing and publishing weekly rotas
- Liaising with agencies and freelance personnel to secure appropriate resource coverage
- Processing overtime claims and timesheets
- Managing holiday requests and arranging suitable cover
- Quoting and scheduling additional client support
