A great opportunity has opened for an AV Support Engineer to join a busy, friendly, and hands-on tech team based onsite near Tottenham Court Road. If you enjoy being the go-to person for AV issues, solving problems on the spot, and working closely with a service desk, this role will suit you perfectly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing onsite AV break/fix support across meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and general office AV setups
- Working closely with the Service Desk to manage tickets, escalate where needed, and collaborate on more complex technical issues
- Handling day-to-day troubleshooting of displays, audio systems, connectivity issues, and conferencing platforms
- Supporting a small number of internal events - primarily a quarterly town hall held in a local restaurant
- Mainly setting up additional screens and ensuring the call runs smoothly
- Maintaining a high standard of customer service and clear communication with end users
