A leading bank in London is seeking an Events Coordinator to join on a 6-9 month fixed-term contract. This role will support the delivery of high-quality meetings and events within a professional corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings and events from booking through to completion, including room reservations, catering, AV and technology.
- Act as the primary point of contact for meeting and event requests, managing enquiries via phone and email.
- Provide on-the-day support for key meetings and events.
- Liaise with catering, facilities, maintenance and IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support the coordination of training sessions to improve self-management of room bookings and video conferencing for physical and virtual meetings.
Candidate Profile:
