Overview: We’re looking for a dynamic Flexible Support Technician (FST) to provide onsite AV/VC support across a range of corporate and professional environments. This role involves both scheduled and ad-hoc site visits to support user needs, events, and system troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite AV support for meetings and live events
- Conduct room checks and preventative maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve AV system issues (Crestron, Cisco, Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Collaborate with service teams, escalate complex issues, and track all service activity
- Assist with field service work when not assigned to a specific site
- Maintain toolkit, inventory, and certifications
What You’ll Need:
- 3+ years in AV/VC support, field service, or installation (junior applicants welcome under mentorship)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, control systems, and basic networking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
