Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultant at Prospero Integrated. London-based role for a Technical Systems Manager to join our team. You will own the full stack of digital infrastructure across a high-end residential estate and family office, supporting home automation (Savant), AV, security, HVAC, and enterprise-grade networking (Ubiquiti Unifi).

This is a mission-critical role where uptime, discretion, and technical excellence are non-negotiable.

What You\’ll Do

• Home Automation (Savant): Manage and fine-tune lighting (Lutron), HVAC, AV, and security integrations.
• HVAC & Climate Control: Work with systems like CoolMaster, manage schedules, diagnose faults.
• Security Systems: Oversee CCTV (Axis), alarms, access control, and incident coordination.
• Audio-Visual Systems: Set up, calibrate, and maintain distributed AV systems across multiple environments.
• Networking (Ubiquiti Unifi): Ensure stable, secure connectivity across the estate; implement VLANs and perform firmware updates.
• Email & Domain Platforms: Support Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including account management and troubleshooting.
• Communications & Conferencing: Manage Zoom and AV tools to support seamless remote collaboration.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of technical experience across both residential and corporate tech environments.
• Proven expertise with Savant, Ubiquiti, Lutron, CoolMaster, Axis CCTV, and enterprise-grade AV setups.
• Ability to work autonomously and take end-to-end ownership of systems.
• Strong documentation and communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Flexibility to travel for support and training.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodations.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) is essential.
• French and/or Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field preferred—or equivalent experience (5+ years) in a similar technical role.
