Location: Managed Venue (On-site)

Hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (primarily Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships, meetings, and venue show rounds.
  • Produce accurate quotations and proposals for event production services.
  • Create supporting documents including floor plans and event layouts.
  • Liaise with venue sales teams, suppliers, and internal delivery teams.
  • Manage project information within CRM and hire management systems.
  • Ensure events are handed over accurately and billing is completed on time.
  • Balance client budgets with commercial objectives and margin targets.
Technical Knowledge Required
  • Working knowledge of Audio Visual (AV), Lighting, Audio, Staging, Rigging, and Scenic Production disciplines.
  • Ability to produce supporting proposal documents, including 2D floor plans and visual presentations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using CRM, hire management, or event management systems.
  • Understanding of event costing, supplier management, commercial mark-ups, and margin control.
