Brief Overview of Role:
Responsible for post implementation fault finding, testing and the repair of audio-visual equipment for various job sites.
Accountabilities Include: Knowledge & Key Skills
Onsite Work 80%
- Projection and Display Devices (Maintenance)
- Audio and Video Conferencing (Cisco/Zoom/Microsoft Teams)
- Microsoft Hub
- Digital Signage Systems (Scala/OneLAN/Brightsign)
- Video Wall Display Systems (Datapath/Dexon) – Wish supervision
- IPTV (Exterity /Mediastar/Tripleplay)
- Configuring and performing diagnostics and firmware updates of videoconferencing codecs and AV hardware in general.
- Site cleanliness
- Communicating with customers and site contacts
- Adherence to site rules, procedures and H&S

- Completing post job and PM reports/ Onsite
- Proving phone/email tech support
- Product research and development for client requirements
- Continue with PDP and applicable training
- IMS and Quality Policy awareness and development
Essential :
Effective communication skills at all levels especially client facing
Good numeracy and written skills
Must be well organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
whilst dealing with clients pro-actively
Quick response to service desk tickets
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Good time keeping and dressed according for the job in hand
Fully compliant with The Health and Safety at work act 1974
