The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Account Manager to take ownership of our portfolio of approved venues across London. This is a client-facing role where you will act as the primary point of contact for venue stakeholders, agencies, caterers, and event clients. You will be responsible for managing enquiries, developing relationships, and delivering creative, commercially viable event solutions. Working closely with internal creative and production teams, you will ensure a consistently high standard of service while identifying opportunities for growth across each venue partnership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with venue stakeholders, ensuring mutual growth and alignment.
- Act as the main point of contact for venue event enquiries, coordinating responses, site visits, and solutions.
- Manage incoming briefs, gaining a clear understanding of client requirements and expectations.
- Develop creative and commercially sound proposals aligned with venue capabilities and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver engaging event solutions.
